This pair of Air Jordan XI Retro's were a part of the first ever Jordan Brand pack, the Jordan LE Defining Moments Package (DMP). A unique take on an original colorway, this time featuring gold accents on the Jumpman's as well as the number "23" on the back heels. This pack also featured an Air Jordan VI Retro. It was released in January 2006 after being pushed back a few times. Originally the XI's were going to feature the phrase "Jumpman" down the eyelets but that was canceled due to the colors bleeding onto the mesh, although a few pairs did make it out. Retail on this pack was $295 and they were only in men's sizes. They were a limited release available at select urban accounts as well as a very select list of chainstores. The only way you could get this shoe in the stores was in the Jordan DMP as they were not sold separately. These came in a unique Jordan box along with plastic covers over the shoes, a booklet and dog tags.
