To celebrate the Year of the Rabbit, Jordan Brand released a few pairs of Air Jordan's inspired by the Chinese Zodiac. This pair of Air Jordan VII Retro's are one of those pairs. Very similar to the original "Hare" colorway, these "Year of the Rabbit's" feature gold accents and laces specially packaged in a box designed exclusively for this shoe. They released in May 2011 and were a limited release available at select Jordan Brand accounts such as House of Hoops in very limited quantities. Retail was set at $175 and they sold out instantly becoming a very sought after shoe right away.

I like it because it reminds me of the Hare 7's... so i guess I really like the Hare 7's not those.
