Perhaps the "Dwightmare" allowed adidas Basketball to explore a few new looks for Dwight Howard's signature sneaker line. Laker colorways are definitely on the way, but this red-based adiPower Howard 3 sample is also something we haven't seen before on a generally released Beast, Superbeast or adiPower Howard.
The shoe sports a textured upper with black and red camo-style print on trim along the heel, collar and eyestay. White mesh backs translucent 3-Stripes along the side panels, while black fills in the heel counter and laces. Red handles majority of the midsole and links up with white again to finish off the outsole below.
No word on whether or not we'll see this colorway release, but it certainly does add a fresh element to the adiPower Howard line. This sample is 9 is being sold by dballaholic on eBay today.
