If you were a fan of professional wrestling in the mid-80s and late-90s, then you're very familiar with the name Jake "The Snake" Roberts. The inventor of the "DDT" was all but a household name in his day, famous for bringing his pet snakes Damien and Lucifer to the ring with him. Jake's strong points as a performer were his cerebral promos, dark charisma and in-ring psychology. Though he never held a championship belt the WWF or WCW, Jake became a fan favorite that rivaled the industry's top draws.
Celebrating Jake's legendary wrestling career, the Jordan Brand is dropping this special version of the Aero Flight as part of the upcoming WWF/WWE Pack. The performance silhouette features a Filbert nubuck upper with snakeskin-detailed Flywire paneling. Additional cues pulled from Jake's in-ring attire include a grey tongue and blue inner lining. Wrapping things up below are a white midsole and tri-colored rubber outsole.
The Jake "The Snake" Roberts Aero Flight will hit Jordan retailers next month for $120.
