On Monday, Major League Baseball's lineup of pre-game All-Star festivities will conclude with the always-popular Home Run Derby. In celebration of the game's biggest sluggers launching an all-out assault on the leather at Kansas City's Kauffman Stadium, Nike Baseball is releasing the King of the Diamond Home Run Pack, which consists of Air Max MVP Elite 3/4 Metal Cleats and the brand new Lunar TR1 training shoe.
Built with Flywire technology for superior fit and Lunarlon cushioning for superior comfort, the Home Run Pack Lunar TR1 is decked out in Game Royal and metallic silver, with metallic gold highlights toward the rear of the shoe. An early look at Nike's newest baseball cleat due out in August, the Air Max MVP Elite 3/4 Metal features Flywire technology and rests atop full-length Phylon and Max Air. The Home Pack version is draped in metallic gold, accented by University Blue details and supported by a silver plate.
The pack will be available on Monday, July 9 for $250. Both the Lunar TR1 ($125) and Air Max MVP Elite 3/4 Metal ($110) will also be sold separately. Retailers include Eastbay, NikeStore and Dick's.
