A few days ago I received an e-mail from the good folks over at Vans letting me know I'd be graced with a mystery package as part of the launch of the all new VANS LXVI Collection.
The mystery package made its way to the Sole Collector HQ shortly after, containing a 3-Digit code locked container. My anticipation was immediately increased after wondering what could possibly require such mystery and security. I knew the brains behind Vans had something interesting up their sleeve.
Officially launching the VANS LXVI Collection today, the "Awesome" Box was finally unlocked and contained my very own pair of the all new innovative VANS LXVI Graph.
Vans developed a string of new technologies to bring the Graph and the entire VANS LXVI Footwear Collection to life, combining a variety of lightweight materials and new bonded construction proccesses to meet the performance footwear needs in today's world of action sports.
Gone is the world of vulcanized as the Graph relies on a one-piece UltraCush Lite foam midsole, utilizing a WaffleFlex outsole for added flexibility and comfort.
Enjoy a detailed look at the unboxing of the "Awesome" Box below, sent over to SC by the good folks over at Vans.
The VANS LXVI Collection is officialy available at select retailers today, June 28th. The Graph -- the lighest Vans shoe ever - is priced at $90.
